About this role

BridgeBio's SOX Compliance Manager role sits at the operational heart of the company's financial controls program, supporting the Senior Director in executing Sarbanes-Oxley compliance across a public biotech organization. You'd own assigned workstreams independently—from risk assessment and control testing through deficiency evaluation and remediation monitoring—while knowing when to escalate complex issues. The work spans partnerships with Accounting, IT, and business process owners to assess internal controls over financial reporting, plus coordination with internal audit and external auditors.

This role demands someone with 5–7 years combining Big 4 public accounting experience and public-company work, ideally in life sciences. You'll need solid grounding in SOX 404, COSO frameworks, financial processes, and US GAAP, plus the organizational discipline to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with SOX platforms like Workiva and enterprise systems such as SAP or Workday is preferred. The position is full-time and in-office at BridgeBio's Oakland location, with a salary range of $135,000–$170,000 plus performance bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits including employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage.
