About this role

The City of Fort Worth's Communications & Public Engagement division is seeking a Business Process Analyst II to manage and optimize the MyFW system, a centralized platform serving multiple city departments. You would handle system configuration, user administration, and departmental integrations while working standard office hours Monday through Friday with occasional evening and weekend availability required. The role bridges technical and operational needs, requiring you to analyze business requirements, design workflows, generate reports, and troubleshoot integrations between MyFW and departmental work order systems.

This position suits someone with a bachelor's degree in business, public administration, or a related field plus four years of business analysis experience. Experience with business process mapping and the MyFW system itself would be advantageous, though the city is willing to consider candidates with stronger relevant work experience in place of formal education. You'd spend most of your time in sedentary work—analyzing requirements, configuring systems, and training end-users across desktop and mobile platforms—while serving as a liaison between departments and external vendors.

The City of Fort Worth offers competitive public-sector benefits including a pension plan, medical/dental/vision coverage, 11 paid holidays, paid time off, and professional development opportunities. The salary range is $35.43 to $46.06 per hour, or approximately $73,689 to $95,796 annually. The application closes November 2, 2026.
