About this role

Excel Sports Management's brand marketing internship offers hands-on experience across sponsorship marketing, client activations, and event coordination. You'd support day-to-day work for major brand clients, contributing research and analysis that feed into creative recommendations and consumer engagement strategies. The role involves drafting activation briefs, managing deliverables, coordinating vendors, and preparing materials for client calls—work that sits at the intersection of strategy and execution.

The internship runs January through early May 2027 on a hybrid basis, requiring approximately three days per week in the London office and 24–30 hours total weekly commitment. You'll work closely with your assigned team while gaining exposure to other divisions through company events and occasional cross-team projects, giving you a broader view of how a sports agency operates. The program is paid and open to final-year undergraduates, graduate students, or those holding a degree.

Note that this position does not offer visa sponsorship, so you must already have the right to work in the UK. Applications close November 20, 2026.
