About this role
BitGo's Frankfurt operations team is looking for someone to manage high-volume crypto and banking transactions with the precision and compliance rigor that institutional custody demands. You'd handle withdrawal verification, account reconciliations, client onboarding, and KYC/AML reviews—working evenings (2 pm to 10 pm Monday–Friday) and occasional Sunday shifts. The role requires you to troubleshoot account issues across multiple internal systems, coordinate with Sales, Compliance, and IT Security teams, and provide functional guidance to part-time colleagues on your shift without formal management responsibility.
This is a fit if you have 2–3 years in banking or financial operations, solid grounding in KYC/AML and reconciliation work, and genuine interest in digital assets. You'll need fluent German and English, meticulous attention to detail, and comfort making decisions independently during evening and weekend hours. The position demands someone organized and analytical who can prioritize competing demands, take ownership of problems, and communicate clearly with both internal teams and institutional clients. BitGo operates the largest independent digital asset custody infrastructure globally, so the operational standards are institutional-grade.
