WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a highly skilled Copywriter to work with our dynamic Marketing team at BaubleBar. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and merchandising teams to craft compelling copy for product descriptions, digital marketing campaigns, and blog posts.
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:
- Write engaging and persuasive copy for e-commerce product descriptions and wholesale following our content and copywriting guidelines
- Support to create compelling content for digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing strategies
- Availability to work onsite in our Manhattan office 1 day per week with remaining days remote
WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 2-3 years of proven experience in copywriting, preferably in the e-commerce or fashion industry
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for copywriting, such as natural language generation platforms
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must submit a link or attachment including any relevant copywriting work and/or a portfolio
- Standard working hours to coincide with 9:00 am- 6:00 pm EST
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Starting salary range for this role is $80,000.00 - $90,000.00. Starting offer within that range will factor in work location, skills, background and years of relevant experience

About this role
BaubleBar's marketing team is looking for a copywriter to develop product descriptions, campaign content, and blog posts that capture the brand's optimistic, joy-focused perspective on accessories. You'd work hybrid from the NYC office (one day onsite weekly) with a cross-functional team spanning sales, marketing, and merchandising, balancing e-commerce and wholesale copy needs while maintaining brand consistency across channels.
The role expects 2–3 years of copywriting experience, ideally in e-commerce or fashion, paired with proficiency in AI writing tools and solid SEO knowledge. You'll need a bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, along with sharp editing skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. A portfolio or work samples are required with your application.
