About this role

Adaptive Biotechnologies is seeking a Senior Clinical Trials Specialist to manage customer operations and clinical trial support for clonoSEQ™, a diagnostic assay for minimal residual disease detection and monitoring. You'll serve as the primary liaison between trial investigators, internal teams, and customers, handling everything from protocol requirements and sample coordination to customer onboarding and issue resolution. This role demands strong attention to detail, HIPAA compliance awareness, and the ability to navigate GCLP practices and FDA-regulated environments while juggling multiple stakeholders and priorities.

The position calls for a bachelor's degree and ideally two to four years in clinical trials, clinical services, or client services. Experience with GCLP trials or FDA-regulated settings is preferred. You'll need solid technical skills with systems like LIMS and Salesforce, excellent written and verbal communication, and a genuine customer and patient focus. The role is fully remote with occasional travel, and compensation ranges from $80,200 to $120,400 with equity and bonus eligibility.

This is a cross-functional role that requires you to work closely with lab operations, quality assurance, medical affairs, and accounts teams. If you thrive coordinating complex workflows, communicating across departments, and serving as a subject matter expert on specific trial requirements, this could be a strong fit—even if you don't check every box on the preferred qualifications list.
