About this role

Ascension's Cedar Park hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse House Supervisor to oversee clinical operations and nursing leadership during assigned shifts. You'll manage bed capacity and patient flow across the hospital, coordinate admissions and transfers based on real-time unit acuity, and allocate staff resources accordingly.
