About this role

Driving sales growth at The Ritz-Carlton's Herzliya property means owning both the strategy and the day-to-day execution. You'll develop and execute initiatives to hit revenue targets, identify new business opportunities, and expand the client portfolio across corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and key partners. This requires strong negotiation and presentation skills, the ability to build lasting relationships, and a sharp eye for market trends and competitor activity.

The role demands close collaboration across the hotel—working with the Director of Sales and Marketing, Events, Revenue Management, and Operations to ensure clients receive seamless service and that confirmed business translates into results. You'll lead client meetings, site inspections, and networking activities while managing sales pipelines, forecasts, and account plans to track performance against targets. A background in sales, business development, or account management in hospitality is expected, along with proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.

You'll need a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field, strong organizational and communication skills, and commercial awareness backed by analytical capability. Fluency in both Hebrew and English is required. This is a full-time, in-office position suited to someone who thrives on relationship-building, can balance strategic thinking with operational detail, and is energized by driving revenue growth in a luxury hospitality environment.
