About this role

Ascension's Baltimore physician practice needs someone to manage its day-to-day operations—overseeing patient flow, staff coordination, and the clinical environment where providers deliver care. You'd partner with physician leadership on practice growth and strategy, handle budget and billing oversight, and ensure the site meets regulatory and safety standards. This is a full operational leadership role that touches clinical, financial, and strategic dimensions of running a medical practice.

The position requires either a high school diploma plus two years of relevant experience and one year in a leadership role, or four years of directly applicable experience with one year leading others. No specific license or certification is mandated. If you've managed healthcare operations, led teams in a clinical or administrative setting, and can balance competing priorities across finance, compliance, and patient care, this role at a major nonprofit health system offers the chance to shape how a practice functions and grows.
