About this role

inDrive is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution across Central America, with particular focus on driving passenger acquisition and retention metrics. You'd own the annual country marketing plan, manage budget allocation, and lead a matrix-structured team while collaborating across Business Development, Product, and Operations. The role blends strategic work—brand positioning, market research, growth hypothesis testing—with hands-on execution, including creative oversight and agency management.

This position suits someone with at least seven years in digital consumer marketing at a global scale, ideally three-plus years in a comparable leadership role. You'll need proven experience leading multicultural teams in matrix environments, familiarity with mobile products (ride-hailing experience is preferred), and the ability to move quickly across multiple projects without losing analytical rigor. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. The hybrid setup in Guatemala offers a chance to shape a major market for an innovative ride-hailing platform while working within a collaborative environment that values new ideas.
