About this role

Acturhire is hiring an Early Careers Retirement Actuarial Analyst in Toronto for candidates graduating between May 2026 and June 2027. This is an in-office, full-time role focused on retirement actuarial work, offering a base salary of $70,000–$80,000 CAD annually plus eligibility for a short-term incentive bonus.

You'll need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in actuarial science, economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, or a related quantitative field with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Prior experience matters—ideally an analyst-level internship or similar role that demonstrates both technical capability and client service skills. The position values problem-solving ability, self-direction, and collaborative teamwork in equal measure, along with strong communication skills across all organizational levels and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

This role suits someone comfortable working independently on technical tasks while remaining engaged with a close team, and who can translate analytical work into clear solutions for clients. If you're graduating soon with a quantitative background and relevant internship experience, this entry point into retirement actuarial work offers a structured path forward.
