About this role

Working in vascular interventional radiology and vein solutions at Ascension's Indianapolis location, you'd support providers and nurses during patient treatments while managing both clinical and administrative tasks. Your day would involve patient intake—recording vital signs and medical histories—preparing treatment rooms, documenting clinical encounters, and transcribing provider orders for labs, imaging, and medications. You'd also handle phone coverage, supply ordering and stocking, and general office maintenance.

This full-time in-office role requires BLS certification within your first month and either a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant credential within three months of hire. You'll need a high school diploma or equivalent, or one year of directly relevant job experience. The position suits someone organized and detail-oriented who can move between clinical support and clerical work, and who's comfortable working in a specialized medical environment under provider or nursing supervision.
