About this role

Pacific Seafood's Production Supervisor role in Woodland centers on keeping a seafood processing operation running smoothly—managing production schedules and workflows, overseeing a production team, tracking inventory through the AS400 system, and maintaining rigorous quality and safety standards. You'd balance operational efficiency with product integrity, handling everything from daily inventory checks and shift scheduling to monitoring recoveries and ensuring proper storage and labeling of fresh and frozen products.

This position suits someone with at least four years of production or operations experience who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating across a team. Familiarity with AS400, Excel, and APC systems is expected; prior exposure to HACCP, SSOP, or COOL Act compliance is a plus. The role demands physical stamina—you'll be on your feet for extended periods in a cold, wet warehouse environment with heavy equipment and noise—and the ability to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.

Pacific Seafood emphasizes servant leadership and team development, offering a comprehensive benefits package with health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and an employee assistance program. The salary range is $25–27 per hour.
