About this role

Working as a Field Store Associate at Sherwin-Williams' Langhorne location means you'd be embedded in a Lowe's store, serving as the primary paint expert and sales driver for both the Sherwin-Williams and Valspar brands. Your days would blend customer-facing sales work with hands-on product knowledge—tinting and mixing paint, maintaining displays, and building relationships with contractors and retail customers. You'd also take on a training role, teaching Lowe's associates about products and application methods while supporting the Pro Desk and in-store promotional events.

The position requires comfort with physical work, including frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and occasional loads of 70 pounds, plus flexibility to work evenings and weekends. You'll need to hit monthly and quarterly sales targets while keeping your product knowledge sharp and your compliance training current. Prior experience in retail, delivery, customer service, or paint sales is preferred, as is a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and bilingual capability—though the core requirements are simply being 18, legally authorized to work, and able to perform the physical demands of the role.

This is a full-time, in-office position at a stable, established company that emphasizes employee benefits and development opportunities. The role suits someone who enjoys direct customer interaction, can manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and wants to build expertise in paint products and sales within a structured retail environment.
