About this role
Acturhire is seeking someone to lead AI and automation strategy within their corporate communication function—a role that bridges communication expertise with hands-on technology implementation. You'd be responsible for identifying where AI and automation can streamline communication workflows, redesigning processes, evaluating tools, and partnering with a solutions developer to build and deploy improvements. This requires fluency in both the communication discipline (internal, external, change management, content governance) and the practical application of AI-enabled platforms like Copilot, Microsoft 365, and communication-specific tools.
The position demands strong analytical and stakeholder management skills to translate business needs into clear technical requirements, design adoption materials, and measure impact across a global organization. You'll need to navigate competing priorities and ambiguity while building influence without formal authority. A background in communication, marketing, business, or technology is expected, ideally with experience in large, complex environments. Experience implementing AI or automation solutions in communication or adjacent fields is essential.
The role is fully remote across the US, offers a base salary of $120,000–$150,000 plus annual bonus eligibility, and includes comprehensive benefits covering health, wellness, retirement, and flexible leave. Note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
