About this role

Sherwin-Williams is hiring a Production Operator to work in their Langley facility, where you'll prepare customer paint orders by blending, tinting, and filling batches to specification. The role centers on operating mixing and tinting equipment, making shade and gloss adjustments to meet customer requirements, and managing material handling tasks—retrieving stock, lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbs, and keeping the production area organized and clean. You'll also maintain production records, monitor quality standards, and ensure compliance with safety and loss prevention procedures.

The position suits someone with at least a year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment, ideally with prior exposure to mixing equipment, material handling machinery like forklifts or pallet jacks, and quality monitoring. However, if you meet the minimum requirements—you're 18 or older, legally authorized to work in Canada, able to read and write English, and physically capable of the lifting demands—you can apply. The role is full-time and in-office at the Langley location. Sherwin-Williams offers a range of benefits covering health care, retirement, and well-being; you can review specifics at their benefits centre before applying.
