About this role

You'd be leading The Trade Desk's market development efforts in Switzerland, a region the company is prioritizing for growth within EMEA. This senior-level role sits at the center of that expansion strategy, tasking you with building and scaling relationships with the country's leading agencies while driving new business and managing a revenue quota. The work spans the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching through closing, onboarding, and account expansion—with the added responsibility of acting as an internal advocate for the open internet and transparency in digital advertising.

Success here hinges on deep market knowledge and an established network within the Swiss agency landscape. You'll need a proven track record of closing deals and building senior-level relationships that stick, combined with the commercial acumen to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes. The role demands someone entrepreneurial and self-directed who can embed themselves within client ecosystems, translate The Trade Desk's technology into tangible client value, and collaborate across internal teams to deliver results. Fluency in English and German is essential; French or Italian is a bonus.

This is best suited to someone with advertising sales or partnership experience in Switzerland who thrives in a high-growth environment and can operate with autonomy while building territory from the ground up.
