In this hybrid role based in Arlington, you'll partner with clinic administrators, clinicians, and operational teams to translate data into actionable strategies that strengthen access, safety, and outcomes in integrated care settings. Your work will span the full spectrum of behavioral health quality—from depression and substance use screening to care coordination, medication management, and follow-up after hospitalization—ensuring that quality efforts remain clinically sound, data-informed, and aligned with organizational and regulatory standards.

This position demands strong presentation skills, the ability to influence without direct authority, and fluency in both behavioral health operations and quality improvement methodology. You'll design and monitor improvement strategies, analyze performance data to identify root causes and workflow barriers, develop corrective action plans with clear accountability, and facilitate cross-functional problem-solving among behavioral health, primary care, IT, compliance, and external partners. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field (behavioral health, healthcare administration, public health, nursing, social work, or quality) plus three to five years of healthcare quality, behavioral health operations, or clinical performance management experience, along with demonstrated senior-level leadership capability.

The position is hybrid with regular travel required among JPCHC clinic locations throughout Indiana; you must be an Indiana resident with a valid driver's license and auto insurance. Preferred qualifications include experience in an FQHC or integrated care environment, an advanced degree or clinical licensure, and quality improvement credentials such as CPHQ or Lean Six Sigma. The organization offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, generous PTO, a 401(k) with employer contribution, and life and disability insurance.
