About this role

The Finance & Accounting department at The Ritz-Carlton's Herzliya property needs someone to handle the core operational work that keeps financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance running smoothly. You'd support monthly close activities, reconcile accounts, monitor cash flow and expenses, and flag discrepancies—all while ensuring the hotel meets Israeli tax requirements and Marriott's financial policies. This is hands-on execution work that directly feeds into management decision-making and audit readiness.

You'll need a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work with financial systems. Prior accounting experience is preferred, and hospitality background is a real advantage given the hotel environment. The role demands precision, organization, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while working independently—but you'll also collaborate closely with the Director of Finance and other departments to improve processes and provide financial guidance on budgeting and expense management.

This is a full-time, in-office position suited to someone early-to-mid career who wants to build depth in hospitality finance while handling real responsibility for a luxury hotel's financial operations.
