About this role
Marriott International's Hotel Internship Program at The St. Regis Florence and The Excelsior Florence offers current college and university students direct exposure to luxury hotel operations in one of Italy's most prestigious settings. You'll work full-time in the finance function, gaining practical experience across the company's business while learning how Marriott—the world's largest hotel company—operates at scale. This is a chance to move beyond classroom theory and see firsthand how the hospitality industry functions, from the ground level where many of the company's leaders started their careers.
