About this role

You would be managing day-to-day operations at The Ritz-Carlton in Madinah, working directly for Saudi Bonyan, the independent franchisee that owns and operates this property. The role centers on driving business performance and guest satisfaction while leading teams through the demands of luxury hospitality. You'll need strong commercial instincts—particularly around budgeting, revenue management, and sales—alongside the operational discipline to keep a high-end hotel running smoothly under pressure.

The position calls for at least five to eight years of progressive management experience in hospitality, with particular weight given to candidates who have worked within Marriott International and have a sales or business development background. You should be comfortable with financial planning, people leadership, and juggling competing priorities while maintaining the standards expected at a Ritz-Carlton property. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and you'll need solid proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems.

The package includes a basic salary of SR 6,000–8,000 monthly, plus accommodation at 25 percent of base salary and transportation at 10 percent. You'll receive 30 days of annual leave, an annual round-trip air ticket, and company-sponsored medical insurance. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Madinah.
