Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM–7:00 PM

🌟 WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

Has a high school diploma

Has previous ABA therapy experience

Enjoys working with children

Is energetic, playful, creative, and engaging

Is reliable, patient, and compassionate

Has RBT certification (preferred, not required)

Has experience with nonverbal children (a big plus!)

About this role
OOS Management Corp.'s Learning Ladders ABA is seeking a Behavioral Technician for in-home ABA therapy services in Fluvanna County. This is a 25-hour-per-week position with evening and weekend hours—5:00 PM to 7:00 PM weekdays and 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM on weekends—making it well-suited for students or those balancing other daytime commitments. You'll work one-on-one with a child, implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision to build behavioral, communication, social, and life skills.
The role calls for previous ABA therapy experience, a high school diploma, and a genuine ability to connect with children through patience, creativity, and energy. RBT certification is preferred but not required; experience working with nonverbal children is considered a significant asset.
