About this role

Sensiba LLP is seeking a Senior GRC Analyst to lead external audit engagements across cybersecurity and compliance standards for a diverse client portfolio. You would own projects end-to-end—from initial planning and scoping through testing, issue resolution, and final delivery—while serving as the primary point of contact for clients. The role demands strong analytical skills, sound judgment in resolving audit issues, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You'll also mentor junior team members, review their work, and contribute to improving audit methodologies and processes across the firm.

This position suits someone with at least three years of professional experience in GRC, cybersecurity, audit, or advisory roles, ideally with hands-on exposure to governance and compliance frameworks. A relevant degree in cybersecurity, IT, business, accounting, or risk management is expected. Beyond technical competence, the ideal candidate combines strong client relationship skills with a commitment to quality delivery and a willingness to guide and develop others.

The role is fully remote and based in Ireland, with a salary range of €30,000–€43,000. Sensiba offers substantial benefits including 30 days of annual leave plus five additional days during a mid-year shutdown, a company pension scheme, flexible work arrangements with WeWork access, professional development support including certification reimbursement, and a performance-based bonus program.
