Qualifications
Estudiante de los últimos años o profesional en Contabilidad.
Entre 1 y 2 años de experiencia en funciones contables y en el rubro.
Conocimiento y experiencia práctica del ciclo contable completo.
Manejo de Microsoft Excel en nivel intermedio o avanzado.
Experiencia en conciliaciones bancarias, cuentas por cobrar y cuentas por pagar.
Capacidad de análisis, organización, atención al detalle y cumplimiento de plazos.
Habilidades de comunicación y relacionamiento para trabajar con clientes internos y proveedores.
Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma presencial.
Deseables
Conocimiento de Power BI.
Inglés intermedio/Avanzado.
Experiencia en aseguradoras o corredurías de seguros.

About this role
Acturhire is seeking an accounting assistant to join their Managua office on a full-time, in-person basis. You'll work through the complete accounting cycle, handling bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. The role requires one to two years of hands-on accounting experience and intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency, along with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
The ideal candidate is either in their final years of an accounting degree or already holds the qualification. While not required, Power BI knowledge and intermediate to advanced English would strengthen your application. Prior experience in insurance companies or insurance brokerages is a bonus. Above all, you'll need to be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating across departments and with external partners in a structured office environment.
