- Create tools that help creators grow their businesses and reach the people who’ll love what they make.
- Bring personalization and data-driven features to life in partnership with ML and data science.
- Write performant, accessible, well-tested code, instrument your features, run experiments, and iterate based on what you learn.

Your work would have direct, measurable impact on both user engagement and creator success.
The role suits someone with 1–3 years of production frontend experience who writes solid JavaScript/TypeScript and React code, and who has a genuine instinct for what makes user experiences feel right. You'd own features end-to-end, from design through launch, working closely with product, design, data science, and backend teams. Experience with e-commerce, marketplaces, or experimentation is a plus, though not required. The position demands someone comfortable with ambiguity, curious enough to ask good questions, and invested in shipping polished, performant work at scale.
This is a full-time, in-office role in San Mateo (three days per week on-site) with a base salary of $153,120–$196,750, plus equity and benefits. It's a good fit if you want to grow as an engineer while working on products with real economic and social stakes.
