This is a hands-on supervisory role that requires both technical depth and cross-functional coordination with Manufacturing, Quality Control, Validation, and Supply Chain.

You'll need solid command of FDA regulations (21 CFR Parts 210, 211, 11), ICH guidelines, root cause and Six Sigma tools, and electronic quality management systems. Prior FDA inspection support is strongly preferred. Beyond technical competency, the role demands investigative rigor, accountability for timely delivery, and the ability to mentor QA staff on documentation and data integrity standards aligned with ALCOA+ principles.

This is an in-office, full-time position reporting to the QA Manager. Revance offers competitive base salary with annual bonus, flexible PTO, comprehensive healthcare, 401k match, and other benefits.
