About this role
Parachute Health is looking for an Account Executive to drive sales of its digital ordering platform for home medical equipment—a space where you'd be selling to health systems, health plans, and DME suppliers across the country. You'd own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing, managing your pipeline in CRM tools, running discovery calls and demos, and building relationships with decision-makers. The role demands someone comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure deals move forward and customers succeed.
This position is built for someone with at least three years of direct experience in HME, DME, billing, intake, or operations—that background is essential to credibly speak to the problems you're solving. You'll need strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce or HubSpot), solid negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to hit monthly and quarterly sales targets. Comfort with AI tools for prospecting and deal prep is a bonus. The role includes 30% travel minimum, so you need to be willing to get in front of customers in person.
Compensation runs $80,000–$100,000 base plus commission, with the potential for an additional 15% annual bonus tied to company performance. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a company-funded HSA, 401(k), equity, and perks like summer Fridays, a home office stipend, and a learning budget. The remote-first setup with a NYC office and co-working reimbursement options gives you flexibility on where you work.
