About this role
OOS Management Corp. is hiring an ABA Behavior Technician to provide in-home therapy for an 8-year-old boy in DeKalb County. This is a part-time position offering 20 hours per week, with sessions scheduled Monday and Tuesday evenings from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, plus additional weekend availability. You'll work one-on-one with the child in his home, using play and everyday activities to build communication, social, behavioral, and life skills under the guidance of a supervising BCBA.
The role requires a high school diploma and prior ABA therapy experience, along with comfort working with children. You should be energetic, patient, and creative—able to adapt when plans change and recognize progress in small victories. RBT certification is preferred but not required. This case is best suited for someone with an evening and weekend schedule who thrives in one-on-one settings and genuinely enjoys making learning engaging for a young child.
