About this role
Marriott International's Hotel Internship Program at The St. Regis Florence and The Excelsior Florence offers current college and university students direct exposure to luxury hotel operations in one of Italy's most prestigious settings. You'll work hands-on across various departments within these flagship properties, learning how a world-class hotel functions from the ground up—the same way many of Marriott's founders and current leaders started their careers.
This full-time, in-office internship is designed to bridge classroom learning with real-world experience in the travel and hospitality industry. You'll become immersed in Marriott's culture and business practices while developing practical skills that prepare you for post-graduation opportunities. The program emphasizes exploration and discovery, positioning the internship as a meaningful first step rather than simply a summer job.
