About this role
OOS Management Corp. is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to provide in-home therapy for a 7-year-old girl in Stone Mountain, DeKalb County. This is a part-time position running 21 hours per week during after-school hours (Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–7:30 PM), offering a consistent schedule that preserves your mornings and weekends. You'll work one-on-one with the child in her home, delivering individualized ABA therapy focused on communication, social, behavioral, and life skills development under the supervision of a BCBA.
The role requires a high school diploma and prior ABA therapy experience, along with demonstrated comfort working with children. You should be energetic, creative, patient, and able to make learning engaging through play and positive reinforcement. RBT certification is preferred but not required. Success in this position means building a meaningful therapeutic relationship, celebrating incremental progress, and staying composed when sessions don't go exactly as planned. If you have the foundation of ABA knowledge and the interpersonal skills to connect with a young child while delivering structured therapy, this case offers the chance to make a direct impact in a manageable, predictable schedule.
