About this role

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Senior Palantir Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge business needs and technical delivery at their Cleveland headquarters. In this role, you'll translate user requirements into technical specifications and build solutions within Palantir Foundry, then code, integrate, test, and debug applications using languages like Java, C++, TypeScript, Python, or Ruby. You'll own the full lifecycle from development through documentation and maintenance, while staying current with emerging technologies.

Success here requires at least four years of software development experience in application engineering, ideally backed by a computer science degree or seven years of equivalent hands-on work. You should be comfortable with Git, Jenkins, and cross-functional collaboration—communicating clearly with users, developers, and project managers to deliver on time. Palantir-specific certifications and TypeScript expertise are valued but not required. This is a hybrid position based in Cleveland; you must already be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
