About this role

Ice Miller's Litigation team is building out its commercial disputes practice and seeking a mid-level associate with 3–6 years of law firm experience to handle sophisticated business litigation. The role centers on corporate governance, ownership disputes, and post-merger conflicts—particularly matters involving purchase agreements, earn-outs, indemnification claims, and representations and warranties.
