Your day to day
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to ensure a memorable guest experience.
- Take food and beverage orders and confidently advise guests on menu selections.
- Communicate dietary requirements, allergies and special requests to the kitchen team.
- Serve food and beverages in line with Marriott standards and outlet procedures.
- Process guest orders and payments accurately using the MICROS system.
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation throughout the restaurant.
- Support opening, closing and daily operational duties.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Supporting all F&B outlets
As part of our wider Food & Beverage team, you may also have opportunities to support other outlets and events across the hotel, broadening your experience within a luxury hospitality environment.
