About this role
On's Revenue Manager role in Hurghada is a full-time, in-office position overseeing the hotel's pricing, inventory, and revenue strategy. You'll manage room allocation across group and transient segments, set rates and blackout dates, and develop sellout strategies to maximize revenue. The work centers on analyzing demand forecasts, competitive positioning, and local market events to refine pricing decisions and identify new revenue opportunities.
The role requires strong cross-functional leadership. You'll coordinate regularly with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office teams to ensure revenue strategies align with operational realities and drive profitability. You'll also own the day-to-day management of revenue functions, run departmental meetings, and oversee a team—meaning you'll need to balance strategic planning with hands-on oversight, performance management, and staff development.
This position suits someone with hospitality revenue management experience who can work with data and metrics confidently, think strategically about market dynamics, and lead collaboratively across departments. You'll need strong analytical skills to evaluate historical performance and forecast trends, alongside the interpersonal capability to influence teams outside your direct authority.
