We source a variety of properties including residential, multifamily, commercial, raw land, mixed use, and more. Rebuilt just secured a $65M Series A investment to fuel their expansion. We are looking to continue our geographic growth, increase our presence in established markets, and integrate relevant product offerings such as private lending, title & escrow, and property management. Rebuilt (www.rebuilt.com) is building a truly unique, vertically integrated real estate investment business fueled by unparalleled local market expertise and enabled by advanced technology solutions.
About Rebuilt
Rebuilt is a real estate investment company that buys properties directly from homeowners off-market and sells them to investors. Our Acquisition and Disposition sales teams are supported by a lean operations group, a VA team, and in-house product and engineering teams building our own sales tools.
About the Role
We're hiring an early-career Operations Specialist to run the recurring operating rhythm of our sales teams: onboarding, training, documentation, team meetings and change communication. You'll report to the COO, own execution for your areas, and use AI every day to create finished work and automate manual tasks.
What You'll Do
- Own new-hire setup and onboarding: system access, rosters, cohort calendars, communications and knowledge checks.
- Write and maintain SOPs and keep our knowledge base current.
- Coordinate weekly team meetings and skills practice: agendas, materials, recaps and attendance.
- Build and deliver training when new tools or significant system updates launch, and announce process changes to the field.
- After launch, gather user feedback and bugs, and close the loop with Product and Engineering on fast follows.
- Act as the hands-on user voice in product design sessions, and test new features in the real workflow.
- Run recurring reports and routine operational tasks, back up peers during PTO, and turn repetitive work into AI or automation solutions.
What You Bring
- 1–3 years in operations, program coordination, sales support, training or a similar fast-paced role (strong internships count).
- Heavy, hands-on AI use as part of how you work. You should be able to show examples of:
- Creating finished work with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT or similar): SOPs, training guides, slide decks, dashboards, simple web pages or reports.
- Automating a manual process with AI or no-code tools: a workflow, a script, a spreadsheet automation or an AI-driven routine you set up and maintained.
- Judging AI output critically and checking it before it goes to anyone else.
- Clear, concise writing: you can turn a messy process into steps someone else can follow.
- Comfortable teaching: you can run a training session and explain a new tool to a skeptical audience.
- Highly organized; you track many moving pieces and close loops without reminders.
- Proactive: you drive work forward instead of waiting to be told the next step.
- Strong with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Slides) and Slack.
- Comfortable working asynchronously with remote teams across time zones.
- Sound judgment on when to decide and when to escalate.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to real estate investing, wholesaling or a sales-driven environment.
- Experience coordinating onboarding, training cohorts or an LMS.
- Experience writing SOPs or maintaining a knowledge base.
- HubSpot or another CRM.
- Basic technical comfort: Markdown/HTML, GitHub, Google Apps Script, or SQL/Metabase.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
Position Details
- Location: Remote (US)
- Hours: Central time business hours, with flexibility based on business needs
- Type: Full-time, W-2

About this role
Rebuilt is a PE-backed real estate investment firm that just raised $65M to scale operations across new markets and product lines. This Operations Specialist role sits at the center of that growth, supporting the sales teams that acquire and disposition properties. You'd report directly to the COO and own the operational backbone: onboarding new hires, writing and maintaining standard operating procedures, running weekly team meetings and training sessions, and communicating process changes across the organization.
The role is built for someone who is comfortable with hands-on execution and sees AI as a core tool, not a novelty. You'll use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools daily to create finished work—SOPs, training guides, dashboards—and to automate repetitive tasks. You'll also be the voice of the end user in product design sessions, testing new features and feeding back bugs and feedback to the engineering team. This means you need to think critically about AI output, write clearly enough that others can follow your processes, and have the judgment to know when to escalate versus decide.
The ideal candidate has one to three years in operations, program coordination, sales support, or training in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to show concrete examples of creating finished work with AI and automating a manual process. You'll need to be highly organized, proactive, comfortable with Google Workspace and Slack, and able to work asynchronously across time zones. Experience in real estate, sales environments, or knowledge management is a plus, but not required.
