Description
N-iX is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a digital transformation program in the banking sector, focused on products and services for corporate clients. You will contribute to initiatives spanning corporate lending, CRM, client onboarding portals, and digital banking. Working closely with business stakeholders, internal delivery teams, and external vendors, you will turn business needs into clear requirements and help deliver solutions within a complex, regulated environment.
This role is a great fit for someone who combines corporate banking expertise with structured thinking, strong communication skills, and the confidence to bring clarity to evolving processes.
Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Project Managers, and external vendors to clarify scope, align expectations, and manage requirements through multiple approval cycles.
- Identify and incorporate regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements applicable to banking operations across different jurisdictions.
- Analyze and document corporate banking workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and create process models where needed.
- Facilitate workshops and clarification sessions, resolve conflicting stakeholder expectations, and support prioritization.
- Maintain clear project documentation and requirements traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support testing and validation to ensure vendor-delivered functionality meets agreed requirements and business objectives.
- Proactively identify gaps, dependencies, and open questions, driving them toward resolution.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within an IT organization or banking institution.
- Strong hands-on experience in banking or fintech, with a specific focus on corporate banking, corporate clients, and related financial products.
- Proven ability to elicit and structure requirements from scratch, including situations with limited documentation or an unclear initial scope.
- Practical experience collaborating with external vendors in environments with complex stakeholder structures and multiple approval stages.
- Solid understanding of regulatory, legal, and compliance considerations within the financial services sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to build trust and resolve conflicting priorities.
- Strong analytical and systemic thinking, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and take ownership in an environment where processes are still evolving.
Would Be a Plus:
- Experience with corporate lending platforms, CRM systems, client onboarding portals, or digital banking services.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.

About this role
N-iX is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive requirements and delivery for a digital transformation program in corporate banking. You'll work across multiple initiatives—corporate lending, CRM, client onboarding, and digital banking—translating complex stakeholder needs into structured requirements within a heavily regulated environment. The role demands someone comfortable working across internal teams, Product Owners, Architects, and external vendors, often in situations where scope is unclear or documentation is incomplete. You'll facilitate workshops to resolve conflicting priorities, identify compliance and regulatory gaps, and maintain traceability through the full delivery lifecycle.
This position suits someone with 3+ years as a Business Analyst in banking or fintech, with hands-on experience in corporate banking products and a track record of eliciting requirements from scratch. You'll need strong analytical thinking, communication skills that build trust across competing interests, and the ability to adapt as priorities shift. Experience with vendor management in complex stakeholder environments is essential; familiarity with corporate lending platforms, process modeling tools like BPMN, or Agile delivery approaches would strengthen your candidacy.
N-iX offers hybrid work, competitive compensation, professional development through mentorship and training, and career growth support. The role is based in Ukraine and available as full-time employment.
