About this role
On is seeking a Night Supervisor for its hotel in Türkiye to oversee front office operations during evening shifts. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of front desk experience in five-star hotels, preferably with formal training in tourism and hospitality, and proven success in a night supervisor or equivalent role. You'll need fluent English, the ability to manage a team effectively, and strong problem-solving skills to handle the demands of night operations while maintaining high service standards and guest satisfaction.
This is a full-time, in-office position that requires comfort working night shifts and adapting to the pace and rhythm of hospitality work. The role demands someone detail-oriented and solution-focused, with genuine care for guest experience and the professionalism to represent the brand consistently.
