Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Deliver a warm welcome: Greet guests upon arrival and complete the check-in process, including verifying details, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and providing welcome materials or bell service assistance
- Support efficient check-out: Process guest departures by verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts, and using the point-of-sale system accurately
- Provide hotel and local knowledge: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local area information to assist with guest inquiries
- Promote hotel services: Use up-selling techniques to recommend hotel amenities and maximize room and service revenue
- Delight our guests: Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and effectively manage messages and communications

About this role
On is seeking a Guest Service Agent for its Makkah property to serve as the primary point of contact during guest arrivals and departures. You'll manage check-ins by verifying guest information, assigning rooms, and issuing keys, then handle check-outs by processing payments and receipts through the point-of-sale system. Beyond transactions, you'll draw on knowledge of the hotel's amenities, room types, rates, and local area to answer inquiries and recommend services that enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
Success in this role requires genuine hospitality instincts, integrity, and a collaborative mindset. You'll need to respond promptly to guest requests, troubleshoot concerns with care, and manage communications effectively—all while maintaining the warmth and professionalism Hilton's guests expect. The position is full-time and based on-site in Makkah, so you'll be present throughout the guest journey and part of a team committed to creating memorable stays.
