About this role
Managing revenue for a resort property requires balancing multiple moving parts simultaneously—room inventory, pricing, demand forecasting, and competitive positioning. In this role at Hilton Waikoloa Village, you'll own those decisions day-to-day, adjusting rates and availability based on booking trends, leading weekly strategy meetings with Front Office leadership, and monitoring competitor activity to keep the property optimized. The work involves both analytical depth (building weekly and annual forecasts, analyzing booking pace and performance reports) and collaborative execution (implementing sellout strategies, refining pricing across channels, and driving alignment across teams).
This position suits someone with strong analytical skills and comfort making data-driven pricing and inventory calls, but also the communication ability to influence Front Office leadership and translate market insights into action. You'll need to track multiple revenue drivers at once and adjust course quickly as conditions shift. Hilton emphasizes its workplace culture and values—integrity, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency—so the company is looking for someone who brings those qualities alongside the technical revenue management competencies.
