Elektrik, elektronik veya ilgili alanlarda teknik lise ya da meslek yüksekokulu mezunu veya Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından onaylı Kalfalık/Ustalık Belgesine sahip,
Tercihen otelcilik sektöründe veya büyük ölçekli tesislerde en az 2 yıl Elektrik Teknisyeni deneyimi bulunan,
Elektrik sistemleri, panolar, devreler, jeneratörler ve elektrik altyapısı konusunda güçlü teknik bilgiye sahip,
Elektrik-elektronik devre şemalarını okuyabilen, arıza tespiti ve onarımı konusunda bilgi ve deneyim sahibi,
Bina tesisatı, otomasyon sistemleri ve Bina Yönetim Sistemleri (BMS) konusunda bilgi sahibi,
OG/AG sistemleri ve elektrik panolarının bakım ve arıza onarımları konusunda bilgi sahibi olması tercih sebebi olan,
Vardiyalı çalışma düzenine, gerektiğinde hafta sonu ve resmi tatil çalışmalarına uyum sağlayabilen,
Arıza tespiti ve problem çözme becerileri güçlü, sonuç odaklı,

About this role
Altunizade Suites Istanbul, a Curio Collection by Hilton property, is seeking an electrician to maintain and repair the technical systems that keep a large hospitality operation running. You would be responsible for diagnosing and fixing electrical faults across building infrastructure, control panels, circuits, generators, and automation systems, as well as managing preventive maintenance on low and medium voltage systems. The role also involves familiarity with building management systems, elevator rescue procedures, and the ability to read electrical schematics.
The ideal candidate holds a technical diploma in electrical engineering or electronics, or an approved apprenticeship/mastery certificate, with at least two years of hands-on experience as an electrician—preferably in hotels or large-scale facilities. You should have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work proactively and independently while contributing to a team. Shift work is required, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
