About this role
On is seeking a Cluster Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join its Abu Dhabi team on a full-time, in-office basis. You'll own the visual identity across multiple properties, producing everything from social media graphics and short-form video content to print collateral, photography and campaign assets. The role spans the full creative pipeline—translating marketing briefs into concepts, shooting and editing content, managing post-production, and ensuring all output aligns with Hilton brand standards while meeting commercial objectives across hotel, F&B and seasonal initiatives.
This position demands at least three years of hands-on creative experience and mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). You'll need strong skills in photography and videography, solid knowledge of video editing software, and a sharp eye for social-first content—particularly Reels and short-form storytelling across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and emerging platforms. Experience in hospitality, lifestyle or luxury brands is preferred, though what matters most is your ability to balance creative vision with brand compliance, manage multiple deadlines across two properties simultaneously, and deliver polished work consistently in a fast-paced environment.
If you thrive working collaboratively with marketing teams, stay current with visual and social trends, and can move fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on production, this role offers the chance to build in-house content capabilities for a major hospitality cluster.
