About this role

Muller Inc.'s Site Development division is looking for an experienced field leader to manage multiple site development projects across the DC Metro area—Northern Virginia, Washington D.C., and Maryland. You'd oversee day-to-day operations across several jobsites simultaneously, directing foremen and crews while maintaining schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols. The role demands someone who can read civil plans, perform grade work with surveying equipment, coordinate with project managers and clients, and serve as Muller's knowledgeable representative in the field. You'll identify potential issues before they derail production and help drive improvements in efficiency and operations.

This position suits a superintendent, general superintendent, or senior foreman with solid site development or civil construction background who understands utility work and local DC Metro building codes. You'll need OSHA 30 certification, a valid driver's license, the ability to operate a company vehicle between sites, and hands-on experience with grade shooting and surveying equipment. Experience operating excavators, skid-steers, and dozers is a plus. Strong leadership, client communication, and judgment are essential—you'll work in a fast-paced environment juggling competing priorities and may need to obtain site-specific security clearances.

Muller offers competitive salary based on experience, performance bonuses, health and dental coverage, paid time off, 401(k) matching, a company phone, and a company vehicle. This is a full-time, long-term role based in-office in Manassas, Virginia, with regular travel to active jobsites throughout the region.
