Within Actimize, the X-Sight Next Gen team is developing the next generation advanced cloud platform for building the solutions to fight Financial Crime. As part of the PaaS/SaaS development group, you will be responsible for developing the relevant platform services for Actimize cloud-based solutions and to work with cutting edge cloud technologies.

This cloud-based platform will enable our customers (some of the biggest financial institutes around the world) to leverage solutions on this platform to fight financial crime.
Have you got what it takes?
- Develop microservices using cloud-native components as a part of X-Sight platform
- Develop frontend components & integrate with these backend services
- Design & Implementation of software features according to architecture & product requirements.
- Write automation tests to ensure fit to design/requirements.
- Deploy the service & frontend component you developed to production environments & ensure there are no downtimes because of your service.
- Work and collaborate in multi-disciplinary Agile teams, adopting Agile spirit, methodology and tools
- Collaborate with various development & product teams in India, Israel and US.
Qualifications
- Must: Degree in Computer Science or related fields
- Must: 4-6 years of experience in software development in Java (v 11+), Spring Boot, solid grounding in OOPS
- Must: Experience in building, testing, deploying microservices
- Must: Experience with AWS services like S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, EKS. Or any other cloud providers like Azure, GCP.
- Good-to-have: Experience with frontend development in JavaScript/AngularJS/React/VueJs
- Good-to-have: Experience with DevOps skills such as Terraform, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes
- Self-motivated and fast learner with a strong sense of ownership and drive
- Good problem solving and interpersonal and communication skills; friendly disposition; work effectively as a team player

About this role
NICE Actimize is building the next generation of cloud-based financial crime detection technology, and this Senior Software Engineer role sits at the center of that effort. You'd be part of the X-Sight Next Gen team developing microservices and frontend components on a PaaS/SaaS platform that serves some of the world's largest financial institutions. The work spans the full development lifecycle—designing features to spec, building cloud-native services in Java and Spring Boot, writing automation tests, and deploying to production with accountability for uptime.
The role demands 4–6 years of solid software development experience, with proven expertise in microservices architecture and AWS (or equivalent cloud platforms like Azure or GCP). You'll need strong Java fundamentals and object-oriented design skills. Frontend experience in JavaScript or modern frameworks like React is valued but not required; the same applies to DevOps tooling like Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes. Beyond technical chops, you should be self-motivated, a fast learner, and comfortable working in distributed Agile teams across India, Israel, and the US.
Based in Punerot, France, you'll work hybrid under NICE's flexible model: two days in the office, three remote. This is a full-time position reporting to a Tech Manager, offering the chance to grow within a market-leading organization that handles over 120 million customer interactions daily and monitors billions of financial transactions.
