- Inspect and verify room status: Conduct detailed room inspections, report discrepancies, and update the property management system as needed
- Ensure maintenance resolutions: Complete and submit work orders to address any repair or maintenance issues
- Support housekeeping operations: Perform Room Attendant and Houseperson responsibilities as needed to maintain service levels
- Assist in team training: Help train Room Attendants to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards
- Delight our guests: Address special guest needs in a timely, friendly, and professional manner

About this role
Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily room inspections, maintenance coordination, and housekeeping operations at this Miami Beach property.
