About this role

MorganFranklin Consulting is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing to lead demand generation for its talent solutions business lines. You would own the marketing strategy end-to-end—designing multi-channel campaigns, managing content and event strategy, developing sales materials, and positioning the talent solutions brands. The role requires you to act as a strategic bridge between business leaders, sales teams, and the global marketing organization, identifying collaboration opportunities and translating commercial priorities into marketing initiatives.

This position demands someone with at least ten years of marketing experience, including five or more years managing teams. B2B marketing background in talent solutions or staffing is preferred. Beyond campaign execution, you'll be expected to mentor and develop your team, build trust with office and brand leaders, and communicate strategy clearly across diverse audiences. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with action-oriented energy, strong coaching skills, and the ability to navigate conflict constructively while staying aligned with brand messaging and company goals.

Based in Nashville with an in-office work arrangement, the role includes roughly ten percent travel. Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $210,000, with potential performance-based bonuses.
