About this role
EōS Fitness is looking for an HR leader to anchor employee relations and compliance across its Nevada operations. You'd manage workplace investigations from start to finish, coach regional leaders through complex personnel decisions, and ensure the organization stays compliant with federal and state employment law—with particular focus on Nevada wage-and-hour requirements. This is a hands-on role that demands strong judgment, meticulous documentation, and the ability to translate policy into practical guidance that works for both the business and its people.
The ideal candidate brings five or more years of progressive HR experience in large, multi-unit service environments (fitness, retail, hospitality, or similar), with a track record of leading HR teams and navigating employment law confidently. You'll need solid expertise in federal and state employment practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to partner effectively across functions—from payroll and benefits to legal and operations. The role sits within a fast-paced, growing organization where you'll manage competing priorities while supporting broader HR initiatives beyond your core focus on investigations and compliance.
Based in Las Vegas with in-office expectations and travel as needed, this full-time position offers a salary range of $110,000 to $125,000 and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how a rapidly expanding company manages its people.
