Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Administer payroll to highest standard: Manage hotel payroll in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Oversee payroll data management: Supervise team member vacation accruals, deductions, hours, and wage reporting to ensure accuracy
- Deliver accurate payroll reporting: Ensure timely and precise federal and state payroll reports, while supporting payroll forecasting efforts
- Inspire and develop the team: Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, retain, and engage a high-performing team
