About this role
On's Barcelona property is seeking an intern to join its Groups, Meetings & Events team for a full-time, in-office placement starting February 2027. You'll support the daily operations of a high-volume events department, handling tasks that range from assisting with client proposals and managing administrative workflows to coordinating across hotel departments. The role emphasizes learning hotel revenue management through data analysis and reporting tools, so you'll gain exposure to how event pricing and strategy drive business decisions alongside hands-on operational experience.
Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and genuine interest in hospitality. You'll interact regularly with both internal colleagues and external clients, so professional communication and relationship-building matter. English fluency is essential; Spanish is a bonus in Barcelona. Beyond the day-to-day work, you'll have access to Hilton's online training platform, discounted travel rates, and standard employee benefits like a birthday day off and access to wellness programs.
This internship suits someone early in their career who wants practical exposure to events management and hotel operations in a structured, supportive environment. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and drawn to hospitality, this is a concrete opportunity to build foundational skills in a major hotel group.
