- Welcome and assist guests by greeting arrivals warmly, offering guidance, and ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience
- Handle guest inquiries by providing accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when needed to maintain high satisfaction
- Monitor guest satisfaction by engaging with guests throughout their stay and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience
- Coordinate with departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled efficiently and accurately
- Support VIP and special requests by preparing amenities, arranging personalized services, and ensuring attention to detail
- Maintain records and communication through proper documentation of guest preferences, incidents, and follow‑ups

About this role
On is seeking a Guest Relations Agent for its property in Makkah to serve as the primary point of contact for arriving and departing guests. You'll greet visitors warmly, guide them through check-in and check-out, answer questions about hotel services and local attractions, and handle concerns with professionalism—escalating issues when necessary. The role requires you to actively engage with guests during their stay, monitor satisfaction levels, and identify ways to enhance their experience.
Beyond frontline service, you'll coordinate across departments to fulfill guest requests efficiently, manage VIP and special requests with careful attention to detail, and maintain thorough records of guest preferences and interactions.
