About this role

On's breakfast kitchen is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to lead a section and maintain the high standards expected in a hotel environment. You'll prepare and present dishes to recipe, oversee your station's cleanliness and food safety compliance, and support the wider team through efficient daily operations. The role involves managing portion control and waste, guiding junior staff, and ensuring every breakfast service runs smoothly in a fast-paced setting.

This is a part-time or casual position based in Perth, suited to someone with at least 12 months' hotel, restaurant or similar kitchen experience and a relevant commercial cookery qualification. You'll need to be flexible with early starts, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster, and have solid knowledge of food preparation techniques, HACCP standards and kitchen operations. Full Australian working rights are required; sponsorship is not available.

The role suits someone who thrives in a structured, team-oriented kitchen environment and is genuinely committed to food quality and guest experience. Hilton emphasises integrity, teamwork and ownership—qualities that matter as much as technical skill in their workplace culture.
